1. How to Submit a Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted through our official help portal:

Requests sent by email, phone, or social media will not be processed unless they are also filed through the portal. This ensures that your request is properly recorded, time-stamped, and handled efficiently.
Our support team is available by phone or email if you need guidance or clarification before submitting your request.

2. Cancellation Timeframe
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed at no charge. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please submit your request through help.off-road.ca as soon as possible.
Express Orders: Express or priority-shipping orders may not be eligible for cancellation, as they are processed and dispatched immediately after purchase to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Once processing has begun, express orders cannot be modified, refunded, or cancelled.

3. Cancellations After 24 Hours
Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. This fee covers processing, supplier coordination, and administrative costs already incurred during fulfillment preparation.
Exchanges After 24 Hours: Please note that exchanges are not always possible after the 24-hour window, as most orders enter processing or ship directly from our suppliers shortly after placement. If an exchange is approved, it will be treated as a cancellation and repurchase, and an exchange fee of up to 30% may apply to cover associated costs such as restocking, shipping, and handling.

4. Financed Orders (Affirm, Shop Pay, PayPlan, etc.)
Orders placed using financing options such as Affirm, Shop Pay, or PayPlan are final sale and non-cancellable. Once confirmed, these orders cannot be modified, refunded, or cancelled due to third-party financing terms.

5. Processing & Refunds
Once a valid cancellation request is received through help.off-road.ca, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If the cancellation is made after 24 hours, the 30% cancellation fee will automatically be deducted.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the credit.

6. Special-Order Items
Special-order or custom-built products are generally non-cancellable once processing has begun. In select cases, we may review the production stage to determine if a partial cancellation or modification is possible. Please contact us before ordering if you are uncertain about a special-order product.
